1. What Event Picks · World Cup is
Event Picks · World Cup is a free, independent fan game for predicting the 2026 FIFA World Cup. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FIFA or any official tournament organiser. All team names, flags, and tournament data are used for identification purposes only. No official logos, mascots, emblems, or trophy artwork are used; any trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Using the game
You may use Event Picks · World Cup for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Please don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, submit abusive entry names, or use it in any way that's unlawful or infringes the rights of others. We may remove entries or restrict access if these terms are broken.
3. Your picks and entries
Your predictions are stored on your device and synced to our server so leaderboards and community stats can work. You're responsible for the entry name you choose; keep it respectful and free of personal information you don't want shown publicly.
4. No guarantees
The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Scores, standings, and results may contain errors or change as the tournament progresses, and the service may be unavailable at times. Event Picks · World Cup is for fun — it is not a betting or gambling product and no prizes or money are involved.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Event Picks · World Cup and its maintainers are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the game.
